Upstairs you will find a spacious loft surrounded by huge picture windows and a great gathering place. The second bedroom suite is located upstairs off the loft area, and includes a full bath, and sitting area with a view. The daylight basement has a brand new, walkout deck, a spacious den with new flooring, bunk beds, large tv, and foosball game table. The third bedroom on this level has new carpeting, access to the new lower deck, and a full bath for your guests. The new lower deck provides extra outside space to relax and soak in the views and nature sounds, day or night. Mama black bear and two cubs were regularly seen in summer of 2023 so nature is very near you in Laurel Valley! The Laurel Valley community has a swimming pool with amazing views, a 24 hour fitness center, and Wild Laurel Golf Course, where scenic golf is available, as well as the grill & pub.
