The thing I'll miss most about this house is the back yard. It's such a welcoming space that's great for entertaining or playing with kiddos. Ample space for gardening or landscaping. We played with it a lot but I feel like we barely touched its potential.
I LOVE the big tree in the back yard that gives great shade during the hot part of the day through the summers.
The neighborhood is super quiet, and there are households with young families all around. Walk outside on a weekend and you'll hear kiddos playing.
The location is awesome too, being in the middle of town, you're about the same distance from everything.
