They were organized, communicative, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We arrived to a spotless, well-prepared unit. The unit itself is really unique and one of a kind. Any time we had a question or needed something addressed within the unit, they were responsive and made quick repairs. It made a huge difference knowing we had property managers who genuinely looked out for their tenants. We loved living here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm happy to recommend Phil and Heather to any future tenants.
Landlord pays for water and garbage (including weekly pickup - no having to bring the bins in/out!). Renter is responsible for all other utilities. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed (pending approval by owner). Security deposit due on acceptance. Partial month (if applicable) and first full month's rent due at move-in.
NOTE: This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy.
OUR APPROACH: We do not utilize a first-come, first-served approach. We allow time for people to see the unit and apply (through Zillow) and then we set a cutoff for applications, at which point we present our recommended applications to the owners.
