The only shared space with the tenant is the orchard which is all the way in the back. She is quiet and friendly and you will typically not even know she is there. Of course, we do ask that her privacy is respected meaning that noise in the orchard should be limited during early mornings or later in the evening. The neighborhood is very safe. The best park in town is about 5 minutes away as is a disc golf course, tennis courts and a YMCA with a public pool. The excellent Sinsheimer Elementary is on the same street and only a short walk. SLO high is a quick 10-15 minute walk away. There are several good hikes that are accessible from the front door including both Terrace Hill (easy) and High School Hill (difficult). There is also good running available out the front door. Mountain biking Poly Canyon is also popular from this location. If you are a wine drinker, there are 300 wineries within 30 minutes of the home. If you like craft beer, there are about a dozen craft breweries nearby. If you like beach towns, you can reach Pismo, Shell Beach, Avila, Los Osos, Morro Bay and Cayucos all in 30 minutes or less. You can be in magical Big Sur in just over an hour, perhaps stop off in Harmony, Cambria, San Simeon (Hearst Castle) along the way?
