Hello i have a 3 possibly 4 bedroom trailer for sale. It has 1200 square feet of finished area and another about 500 square feet that needs some finishing. Depending on how you decide to finish the space you could make it into a 5 bedroom it jsut depends on the amount of work you'd like to do. We use part of it as a storage area and the other part as a 4th bedroom. It does have some work that needs done but not much. The stove and dishwasher will stay for sure possibly the fridge. It is in a community that would need approval to rent the lot before buying or moved out of the park. If you decide to stay in the comunity its about $500 a month in lot rent, which covers your water/sewage and trash. We wont be able to move out until we are able to sell this and find a new place. The stove and furnaceare gas and it has central air. We are open to offers.
