Mature trees cover guesthouse patio. Fenced area for dog. Washer/dryer in utility room. Close to bike and walking trail. Five minute drive to gym and shopping. Only 15-20 minute drive to Plaza. Separate entrance to GH off different street from main house, where owner lives. Off street parking. Includes internet (Netflix included) but service not guaranteed as this service is included without charge. Netflix included but other programs renter must sign up for and pay. Owner pays for water. Renter responsible for gas and electric which are separately metered. Maximum of 2 small/medium pets; renter must clean up after pet. All renters have been non-smokers; as the home is furnished, smokers would need to smoke outside. Guesthouse has own parking space; entrance to GH is from a street separate from Owner, providing privacy. There is a gate to property that can be closed for extra security. Renter cleans snow from their sidewalk but usually melts on own as sidewalk is south facing. Renter maintains patio area; trees, bushes and vines are watered and cared for by owner. Owner lives in adjacent main house. Lease time is flexible.
