Featuring a gated 20 car garage and regulation size sand-volleyball court , residents are greeted past the front doors by rich mahogany walls in the living room, dining room, foyer, and library - all designed by Julia Morgan, architect of Hearst Castle. Residents will also enjoy modern amenities including free laundry and an industrial grade kitchen with ice-maker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 6 burner stovetop, griddle, dishwasher, and other standard conveniences. The Chi Psi lodge sleeps up to 32 people and is a uniquely fun living environment.
