I'm renting out a private bedroom with a private bathroom in my beautiful, recently remodeled, three-story townhouse, located in a gated community with a pool and hot tub. Your bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor (same level as the laundry room), with a walk-in shower and garage parking with direct access to the unit. The room can be furnished or unfurnished your choice! You'll enjoy access to the expansive shared living area on the second floor, including a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with gorgeous views of Papago Mountain. There's even an additional guest room and bathroom available for visitors. There is also an additional closet in this room that you would be welcome to utilize as well. I live on the top floor (with my bedroom, bathroom, and office), so you'll have great privacy and plenty of space to yourself. Keyless entry, modern amenities, peaceful surroundings, and a welcoming atmosphere this space has it all. I am a female in my early 30s, work from home, tend to be out and about on the weekends, and I do travel about once a month. I own the townhouse and live in it with my two senior (but social) cats. I prefer not to have any additional pets in the home, but if you have a small-medium size dog that has experience living with cats and is a non-aggressive breed, we can still discuss the possibility! Lease duration: 2 month minimum (month to month lease agreement with a required 3 week notice to vacate/terminate) All utilities are included in the monthly payment of $1300 Refundable Deposit of $500 at move in. Returned at end of lease, assuming nothing is significantly damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Non-Refundable Deposit of $300 at move in. This is for move in and move out cleaning. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished - it's up to you. There is no room in the home for additional furniture besides the bedroom that you would occupy. The entirety of the home is furnished. I am open to artwork, throw pillows/blankets, trinkets, etc. that make you feel more at home. Just no large items without prior approval! NO plants inside of the home. My cats will destroy them and many plants can be toxic for cats. You may however keep plants on the balcony or in the front entry space outside. No cigarette smoking inside the home or on the patio. You may smoke outside of the property in the designated areas.
