Other nearby attractions include Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, and the Tampa Museum of Art. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbagenot in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. * Note: The "twin bed" listed as an additional bed in the common area is actually an air mattress. VRBO automatically categorizes air mattresses as twin beds, so this is expected behavior and not an error. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund. Please inquire about the amenity status before booking. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained. Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
