Your rental verification must reflect timely payment, appropriate notice to vacate, no complaints, no NSF Checks, no damage to the property, no violence reported and property was left in clean condition upon vacating. Any applicant with a history of an EVICTION FILING or LANDLORD JUDGEMENT/COLLECTIONS for rent owed or damages is an automatic denial. PETS: All animals must be disclosed in the rental application. All pets are subject to approval to ensure it adheres with our Pet Policy Addendum. We will collect pet records, pet photo and Non-refundable Pet Fee prior to move-in.
