The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy the loft living room, featuring a large smart TV for entertainment. Retreat to four inviting bedrooms: a master suite with a queen bed and private bath, a king bed room, another with a queen, and a playful room with a trundle, twin, and full bed. Key amenities include air conditioning, a BBQ grill, and a private screened pool with a covered lanai. Unwind in style with plush bed linens, cable TV, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. Pool heat can be activated upon request with an additional fee of $45 plus tax. Our grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. While the use of the pool and spa itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. Not ideal for groups looking to party. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events. Only registered guests can stay overnight and must send a list before check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80F and 100F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
