New metal roof, shutters, gutters. 3 acres fenced, back field with shelters for livestock. Needs a lot of work. Walls molding, kitchen cabinets gone, no kitchen sink. Interior flooring is falling due to poor structure. Informed will need about 10 or more floor supports, new flooring (sagging badly) and has no kitchen cabinets or kitchen sink. Has had termites, mice, mold, and insect issues due to renter neglect. House really needs to be torn down and replaced as I have been advised it would take about $150-200K+ to repair. While I’ve spend $20K fixing outside, it has ‘bad bones’.
