On the beach side, I also recommend S3 (Sun Surf Sand), Coconuts, Greek islands and Casablanca Caf (date night) and Nube Rooftop. Also, if youre an outdoor fanatic, go to Hugh Taylor, Birch State Park, 1.4 miles away. You can walk in, or walk in with a bike for free on the A1A side of the park where Park & Ocean Restaurant is. A new Publix is being built two blocks away. Easy breezy, just bring your toothbrush. 1 month minimum rental, rent includes Electric, Wifi, Water and Trash. There is 1 off-street parking spot included as well. Pets 2 years and older ok, max combined weight 50 pounds. 1 to 12 month leases available.
