Please take the Zillow estimate with a large grain of salt because there are inaccuracies in their calculations and price/sales history. I have owned this house since 2005, I still own it. Zillow says it was sold in 2009, 2012, and 2014, yet how can that be with me living in it the whole time? I recently had it appraised to see what it is worth, and it appraised for approximately $40,000 more than the Zestimate, that is why it is priced as it is. I have done many upgrades, like vinyl siding with 1.25 inches of Styrofoam insulation glued to the back of it, a new 30 year Owens Corning schedule 4 roof.
