A Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a popcorn maker with fresh popcorn, and a cocktail bar with a mixology set, whiskey decanter, and glasses are also available. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and is stocked with high-quality bath and face towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are included for your convenience. An extra queen air mattress and a Pack 'N Play are available upon request. Located in Rocky Point, this condo is close to hotels, small bars, restaurants, and brunch spots. Whiskey Joes, a popular indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music, is a short walk away, as is a large public beach. The condo is also conveniently located near Pearly Bar and Grill, Current Hotel, Rox Rooftop Bar, Rocky Point Cafe, The Godfrey Hotel, Whiskey Joes, Bahama Breeze, and Ben T Davis Beach. Publix, Tery's Grocery, the airport, and The Port Tampa Bay Cruise Terminal are also easily accessible. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a government-issued ID submitted prior to arrival. While the property is professionally treated, occasional sightings of local pests like cockroaches, ants, or spiders can occur due to Florida's climate. The amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort, and their cleanliness or availability cannot be guaranteed. Minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to "AUTO" mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71F to prevent system issues. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
