Small detached house in a secluded neighborhood. Long term tenant is moving out and I am seeking another quite, long term tenant. Preferably a single tenant but could accommodate two. The house is in the process of getting new paint, new heaters, lights, kitchen cabinets and flooring. Some new windows are also going to be installed in the middle of December. Looking for quite, long term tenants, preferably one but two will work (three or more will not work) to a one year lease. A single cat is ok but no dogs. Utilities that need to be paid on top of rent are electricity, water, and septic at $200 per month. All other utilities need to be paid by tenant directly to the utility company. The property is approximately one acre and the landlords house is at the other end of the property. All outside maintenance is included in rent although if you want to do your own gardening/decorating that is completely fine. It is in the woods and quite. All remodel work will be done by the end of November with the exception of the windows which will be installed sometime in the middle of December. House is available 12/1/2025 so if someone moves in at that time they will have to allow for the window installation later in the month. No smoking inside the house.
