What the owner loves about this home
I am so in love with this home and property, first... no neighbors makes things very pleasant. The possibilities for business without even having to leave your home. I love sitting out by the pond on the little island, looking for agates in the river rocks surrounding the pond, having outdoor movie night in the summer time, and playing in the snow in the winter. Ideally located, being just outside the marine layer means warmer, less rain and wind, and only a short drive and you are at the beach, local shops, restaurants, theater, and activities. The house is comfortable and on its way to being something great! The other pad has potential for a dream home, allowing the existing space to be a multiple rental income.
