This house is not in a "Short term rental" area! No Long-term guests, (more than 2 weeks), without Landlord permission. Lawn and pool maintenance is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for maintaining flower beds. All utilities will be paid by the Tenant. Including: Electric. Natural Gas, Water and Sewer, Garbage Pickup, Internet and or Television.
