The guest house has been recently renovated, including new tile flooring, new A/C unit (incl. heat pump), new toilet, new fridge, new window blinds, and a stacked dryer/washer. Cable internet can be provided if needed. Kitchen includes newer fridge, microwave, new sink with garbage disposal, and stove. Stacked washer/dryer located inside the large closet. Built-in bookcase and bedframe (full size mattress and smaller) are also included in the living area. Lockable storage shed available (attached to guest house- outside). Rent at $900/month includes water and trash services (you will have your own dumpster). Gas and electricity not included. $900 refundable security deposit. 6 month lease required.
