All applicants 18 years or older will fill out an application and there is a credit and background check for each of the applications. Proof of Renter's Insurance is required prior to move in. The application fee is $50 and is non-refundable. All showings are by appointment only and scheduled Monday thru Friday 9:30 to 6:00 PM & Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. No Sunday showings, no evening or holiday showings.
