We are about a 30 minute drive from the mountains where you can enjoy nature with some hiking, biking, and much more. Or looking for a longer day trip you can easily get to Colorado Springs to check out Gardens of the Gods and much more.
If you're a winter sports fan you can easily do day-trips to most of Colorado's best ski resorts including Vail, Breckenridge, Copper, Winter Park, and many others.

You will have access to the entire apartment and will receive your own unique entry code for both the garage code and front door
Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking (cigarettes or other) is allowed in the apartment. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.

We take the cleanliness of our home very seriously for the comfort of our guests. Thus, we have a STRICT NO SMOKING policy inside the apartment and anywhere else on the property. This includes cigarettes and marijuana. If there is evidence of smoking, we will charge a $500+ penalty for the additional cleaning costs we incur. Thank you in advance for respecting this rule.
Ideally looking for yearly rental but again open for 6+ months if that is what you're looking for. This is a fully furnished apartment. Owner pays all utilities (water, garbage, gas, internet, electric (if cost goes $80+ a month then tenant pays the difference.).)
No pets (but could negotiate a cat with pet refundable deposit of $500).
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Please be mindful of noise and avoid complaints from neighbors.
