An adjoining bathroom on the upper level provides additional comfort and a bathroom with a tub is on the lower level. A second covered deck has outdoor chaise lounge chairs and table fireplace. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are stored in a container on the lower level deck. First month rent, last month rent, and deposit are required upon signing of lease. Renter's insurance policy required at move-in ($100,000 liability minimum.
