Hello! I have a room available until July 2025, with the possibility of extension or a lease takeover! It's a private bedroom and bathroom on its own floor in a three story townhome allowing for maximum privacy. The home is recently constructed and has all new appliances, as well as in-unit washer and dryer. It has hardwood floors throughout, and is in the very convenient Midtown location. There are two other roommates on the upper floors as well, both women and graduate students at UC Davis. - Available furnished / unfurnished - two-car garage and parking available for free on the premises Please message me for more information or to arrange a tour. Pictures are of the room and home. This is a lease takeover! Once you are confirmed, the lease will term is until May 2025. From then, the lease becomes month-to-month but a complete lease takeover at that point may be possible as well. Non smoking is preferred as well. Pets are okay but would require a seperate deposit with the landlord. (Only pet the house cannot accommodate are cats)
