Imagine fixing up a one-story 4-bedroom 4.5 bath one story home for your daughters to have a safe and comfortable haven for their last 3 years at Baylor. This is it! We made numerous improvements for safety and enjoyment, including enlarging the parking area in front by pouring extra concrete to accommodate 8 cars, and adding exterior motion lighting and party lights in the backyard. The large kitchen is loaded with high-end appliances to include, dishwasher, a smooth top electric stove, a microwave, and a large fridge with water and ice in the door. All four bedrooms can easily fit a queen-sized bed, each has a walk-in closet with a small safe, and a full bath. Each bedroom has a separate keyed lock. There are two water heaters for plenty of hot water, an inside laundry room with a washer and dryer that will remain. The house shows well and has been an awesome place for the girls.
