I am a single guy that is living in the basement. We will split the utilities by the number of tenants. I have all my own amenities downstairs so I will not be coming upstairs for anything. I will in a short time be blocking off the wall and putting a laundry unit upstairs. I just painted a lot of the house and made a new bathroom. There are some things I still plan on working on but it will not bother you. Im an easy-going guy that you should not really see but would like to be friendly!
