Small, but comfortable. Great for a family just starting out, or for people getting on in years looking for a smaller place to live that doesn't take much upkeep. The backyard has never been landscaped, so it is totally a bare canvas for someone who loves to garden. When we moved here it was just that way, and since we 've both worked we never had time to to much more than basic upkeep. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the msot part. We have great neighbors immediately in front, back and to both sides of our house. We all keep an eye on each others' houses if someone goes on vacation. The elementry school is within walking distance, and is an excellent school (there are 2 of them back to back actually). And it's not too far away for downtown White City. The Police Station is also very close buy.
