What the owner loves about this home
I gut renovated the building in 2024 and lived in this loft while my apt downstairs was being finished, and I miss the energy in this space. It's light, airy and soft. The high ceilings and silence make it really special. Across the street is a one story building so light streams in unobstructed, and offers a distant view of the K bridge. On the back are backyards and a distant view of the Empire State building.
