Hi there, and thank you for taking a look at our home. We love it and are sad to be moving, but I know someone will have as much fun here as we have. If you are looking for the following things in your next home, this is the one for you: - located within the Temecula school district - wonderful parks and open spaces within walking distance - convenient shopping (Temecula Mall, Old Town Temecula, Costco, Target, and anything else you could need) - convenient transit (two freeway onramps within 5 minutes of the house, unlike some other areas of Temecula that take 15 minutes or more just to get to the freeway) - great neighbors on a quiet street with a cul de sac at the end of it. - the home has Air Conditioning and it works great. The home has a smart thermostat with sensors upstairs and downstairs. - have you ever wanted to have chickens and get fresh eggs every single day? We have 5 sweet little chickens, a great chicken coop, and their own dedicated area to play and live. And yes, they can stay but only if you're going to take care of them. If not, we'll take them with us, no problem. They're so much fun, especially around kids. - speaking of kids, there is a cool play structure in the backyard that can stay if you'd like. Our kids had a blast playing on it. - fruit trees and plants such as: avocado, cherry, lemon, lime, orange, apple, pear, blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. - a vegetable garden ready for fall planting, all with irrigation - turf in the backyard so you don't have to worry about mowing the grass - a backyard that is amazing for entertaining, complete with a patio set, a lounge set, and get this, a huge outdoor TV. There is even a drinks fridge out there. Plus string lights. It's fantastic, I'm going to miss this the most. - the place comes fully furnished! We have a king size bed in the master, a queen size bed in the guest room, a crib and chair in the kids room, and a 4th bedroom that is currently used as an office. We can either leave the crib or take it out and put in a full bed. Up to you. - there is a big walk in closet in the master bedroom, and the master bath was recently renovated for a nice clean, classic look. - We will also leave both living room couches (only a few years old and very comfy), the dining room table, the tvs, the entertainment center, the washer and dryer, all the appliances including a big second freezer and all the tableware, including pots and pans. - three car garage with plenty of space - utilities includes a monthly gardener, water, monthly pest control, and weekly trash service. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Those are some of the best parts of the home. Now on to the boring stuff: Monthly Rent: $4,500 per month Security Deposit: $4,500 Lease Term: 12 months Earliest Move-In Date: August 11th Tenants must show monthly income of 2.5x monthly rent Applicant is responsible for all application fees One dog is allowed with an additional pet deposit of $2,250 There is no smoking permitted anywhere on the property. The chickens are optional. If you aren't going to take care of them, we will take them but the coop and run stay regardless if the chickens stay or not. Tenant must set up the following utilities: Internet, electricity, and gas. Should the tenant exceed water bills of $100/month (we have never had a month over $80) the excess over $100 shall be billed to the tenant. There is a three vehicle maximum allowed to be associated with the tenants. The play structure can stay if the tenants sign a waiver. If the waiver isn't signed, the play structure will be removed.
