Brook Hill 29D is quarter ownership with twelve weeks deeded each year, including several two-week stays in Summer and Fall. The use schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Centrally located within the resort, this private end unit has three levels with an open floor plan that is perfect for your whole family. Features include many windows, high ceilings, fireplace, private master suite and deck with distant lake and sunset views. There are currently weeks affiliated with RCI that can be transferred to buyer for worldwide vacations of your choice. Use of resort amenities is available with Club membership. No pets are allowed. HOA fee: $397 per month covers insurance, utilities, maintenance inside and out, and more.
