Rent a room in the house I own next door, and I will find you a good roommate using the same criteria I used to approve you.The rooms are furnished. The kitchen has all appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The house has central heat and air, and each bedroom has it?s own window unit so you can tweak the temperature in your room. The house is in a great area, centrally located near the interstate highway, so you can go anywhere in town very quickly.I have all three rooms available at the present time. Two of the rooms can be rented together or separately. The prices range from $350 to $400 for an eleven month lease. The minimum lease is two months. I have to charge more for short term leases because of the extra expense involved. The double size room with bath; and the room with a walk-in closet, refrigerator, and half bath are $400.
