There is a vegetable garden, a yard with many fruit trees (apples, oranges, lemons, limes, avocado, pomegranate), a paddle tennis court, and bocce ball court. It has been freshly painted, a new washer/ dryer, a den/ playroom, another office in the laundry area, a large living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen area. We are open to pets (will need to discuss in advance, and deposit required) and we can discuss partially furnished or unfurnished. No smoking. Renter responsible for utilities. Owner will pay for gardener.
