It's a two-bedroom apartment, completely furnished, with hardwood floors and a newly-remodeled kitchen. We will leave all the furniture and kitchen supplies for you. The rent includes all utilities (water, gas, high-speed internet). We only ask that you take care of the apartment and treat the furniture as your own. Available May 15-August 15, dates flexible. We will be moving back in August. The location is perfect: right next to Ashby Bart station to get into SF, and close to three bus lines: 12 (5 minutes), F (8 minutes), 18 (12 minutes). 10 minutes walking to Berkeley Bowl. Easy to get to Rockridge and Temescal as well as UC's campus. Again, if if you are just looking for one room, let us know. We will rent to two individuals.
