I purchased this historic home over 11 years ago when it was in complete disrepair, with the original intention of flipping it. But after pouring more than $350,000 into thoughtful renovations, I decided to stay and make it home. Throughout the years, I've lovingly restored this home from the ground up: updated flooring, new drywall, paint, electrical, a brand-new pool and hot tub, and so much more.
