This room has a keypad lock for added security. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway in the event that there maybe any other rooms rented. You have full access to the kitchen and living room area. There is plenty of space available. Room is 10' x 12'10" it has a dedicated area that was the closet now desk area or can be transformed back into a closet. Internet and utilities paid. Utilities paid, no pets unless approved by homeowner. Lease is for 6 months to a year depending on tenants needs. No guest are to stay in the room more than 2 consecutive days. No repeat guest are to stay No more than 8 days in the month. No mail access. You must get a po box. You must have renters insurance. No one is permitted downstairs. There will be no loud music from any automobile nor room. Everyone is to clean up behind themselves especially in the common areas. Homeowner may or may not reside on the premises. Homeowner does have a dog on the premises that will have no contact with anyone. This is a quiet and safe location for all. Cleaning fees will apply when tenant leave the premises.
