Booking deposit is $500.00 and goes toward security, cleaning and rent. This is refundable if cancel is at least 30 days in advance. A small re-booking fee of $50.00 will be kept. Renter is responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of the unit, observation of Condo By-Laws, reporting of maintenance issues to owner- right away- and leaving the unit in a swept, vacuumed and dishes done condition.
