This is an updated property with 4 renting units on it. Perfect for the owner occupy looking to lower the expenses of living in San Diego. That was my plan and worked out great. Now that I'm based on the East Coast I'm looking to see if a local would like to take over. I'm not desperate to sell, I don't need it to sell, and I don't care if it sells. I'm just open to handing it over and collecting the equity to put that into something more local to my weekly milk run travels and not bi-coastal. I make it work and only serious offers will be considered so please don't waste my time or yours :-) I've attempted to create functional and peaceful living conditions for all on this property and hope that the new owners will either develop it to it's full potential or be able to maintain what I've already updated and cared for over the past few years. For those realtors that are representing a buyer I believe in extreme transparency and bickering on negotiating on an inspection report isn't worth my time and will not be tolerated.
