    This is an updated property with 4 renting units on it. Perfect for the owner occupy looking to lower the expenses of living in San Diego. That was my plan and worked out great.     What the owner loves about this home
    I've updated each unit with love, care, and a thoughtful layout to maximize the space that's currently on this property. Each Unit offers private indoor and outdoor space. I've put down turf in each outdoor space to ensure efficient and eco-friendly spaces. The center yard is a oasis of sorts. Entertaining was fun there and had a great indoor outdoor feel with the Man/She-Shed that I put there. I used it primarily as my office at day and watched movies/games/fires in the pit at night. A great bonus space that everyone I've ever had over find refreshing on their first time through. It's relaxing and peaceful there. I've had great luck with tenants and positive rental history. This property will help you pay your mortgage if you're a owner occupy and it will qualify for VA and FHA loans as a 2 unit with ADU.
