The house has had both bathrooms redone this year. The house has two bedrooms upstairs with a living room and a separate dining area with a dryer and a brand new washer. All faucets in the house are brand new. The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances that have been lightly used. The bottom floor has a larger bedroom. Newer hardwood floors throughout the first floor of the house and a 1-year-old deck outside. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No smoking inside of the house. Renter is responsible for removing snow from driveway and walkways WITHIN the gated property. Owner is responsible for snow removal from driveway and sidewalk OUTSIDE of gated property. Owner is responsible for cutting grass. Renter is allowed to use all parts of the yard for recreational activities while they don't damage existing gardens and/or fruit trees. Lease is from November 1st, 2025 through October 31st, 2026, OR full year from day of signing. Last month's rent is due at signing. Pet preferences: 1 or 2 cats, with no more than 1 small dog.
