Your furry companions are welcome with an additional fee. A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed per stay for a fee of $60 per dog. All dogs must be declared in advance. Centrally located, you'll be just minutes from major attractions, dining, and entertainment. Parking is available on the street, right in front of the property. Since the property consists of several independent units, you may occasionally hear noise from neighbors. To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Late check-out may result in additional fees. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone's safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don't unplug or tamper with it during your stay. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only are allowed. A crate is required if dogs are left alone indoors.
