2025: Aluminum awnings painted, new laundry center unit, prep for new landscaping, continuing painting of outside trim, floors, stairs, windows, etc, original ceramic sink being made into a garden/potting area. Will post more photos soon. The crawl space is taller than most allowing for easy access and maintenance. It's clean and dry. This home is at the highest point in the area making it hurricane safe. There is no history of significant damage or storm flooding. It's very energy efficient, and clean air/no NG.
