3 Bed 2 Bath Home and Hobby Farm - 40.5 acres. Well maintained - Move-in ready for people AND animals! Completely remodeled in 2014 - roof, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, counters, tile shower, stainless steel appliances, gutters, landscaping, paint, air conditioner. Large back deck looks out over the beautiful land of Dry Knob. Detached garage with automatic garage door opener. The lean-to outside the garage was added around 2017 for equipment/hay storage. Front and back yard fenced after we purchased in 2014 (chain link and privacy). The rest of the 40 acres property line was cleared and fenced in 2017. Barn w/ two stalls and electric/lights was built in 2017. Tree house with two swings was built in 2017.
Termite inspection on house, garage, and barn (Nov 2025). Insulation blown in attic. Central heat/air. New furnace (propane- 2025). New well house water tank (2025). The water tastes very good. Stainless steel Whirlpool appliances- electric ceramic top/double oven, French door fridge, dishwasher. Garbage disposal was replaced a couple of years ago. Tankless water heater (propane- 3-5 years old) and water softener (3-5 years old). Fenced lagoon (no issues or smell). Laundry hookup (electric).
The livestock fencing is 6” woven with two strands of barbed wire on top and steel corner posts. There are two smaller cross-fenced sections (one with the barn and one next to the barn section) for kidding and separating bucks. There are drive-through gates into each section.
There have been goats and donkeys on the place since 2017. Most of the property is wooded, but they have cleared out much of the underbrush. It is easy to ride/hike the fence line. There are also a few trails through the place. We have not hunted, but the property terrain and woods are ideal for it.
The front and back yard is fenced into 5 different sections (perfect to help keep chickens/garden/etc safe from other pets/animals). The tree house and deck are stained (2025). New stairs on treehouse (2025).
The pond is spring fed and holds water. I do not know if it could be used for fishing. We never tried to stock it. There is a dry creek that runs through the property, as well. (See the rock sculpture picture and picture one of my daughter sitting next to the flowing water.)
There is an old country garden that includes two lilac bushes, white and purple iris, peony, and lily of the valley flowers. The large rocks pictured are all on the property, as well.
We have LOVED living here! It is peaceful and a beautiful part of the Ozarks. Every season brings a different type of beauty. Hwy AC (repaved in 2025) is a relaxing, scenic drive, and we are only 15 minutes from Lebanon. Moving is bittersweet, but I need to move for my job. Call/text with any questions or to set up a time to see the property.
