We are located just outside of the Downtown Urban Core, but close enough for a short drive or Uber ride to local restaurants, shopping, college campuses and major attractions. This 1940's single-story home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. Our home truly is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your extended stay. Included in the monthly rent: - Free WIFI with high-speed Internet - Utilities and landscaping included - Starter shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner & body wash) - Keurig coffee maker and Carafe Coffee Maker - Fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials & basic spices - Starter K-cup pods, coffee grounds, creamer & tea packets - Bluetooth Speaker in master suite - Games for kids & adults, puzzles and coloring books for the littles - Full-sized washer & dryer with starter detergent and dryer sheets Hair dryers, a straightening iron, sanitary pads and extra toiletries are kept under the bathroom sinks, along with disposable masks, earplugs and eye masks. Kick up your feet and relax while watching any of our 3 Roku TVs that are pre-loaded with all of the popular streaming apps for you to securely log into with your personal account information while in Roku Guest Mode. There are several free channels for adults and children alike, free music streaming apps, and the Roku Channel offers free live local TV. For families with little ones, we have a Pack N Play crib available that can be set up prior to your arrival. The home and backyard are fully accessible to guests. Please make yourself at home! The wide driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and there is ample street parking. The garage is accessible to guests as well, but keep in mind, this is a small one-car garage where only a compact vehicle to mid-sized SUV would fit. The shed in the backyard is reserved for the owner only. PLEASE NOTE - The home is over 70yrs old, therefore it comes with the quirks of any older home. While we've done a lot of updates, keep in mind that the windows, closets and some fixtures are mostly all original to the house and therefore may be difficult to open and/or can stick at times. This home requires a minimum 1 month lease, with the option to extend at owner's discretion and availability. A security deposit, plus a non-refundable deep cleaning fee of $200 will be due at time of lease signing. Security deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no need to retain due to damage or repairs caused by the tenant during their stay. A background and credit check is required prior to approval. No parties, large gatherings or smoking is allowed in the home.
