Hi, I am a single dad to a 7 yo son. I have one room for rent and theres a choice of two rooms. One is a small room and shares a bath with my son. The other is the master bedroom which has its own bath and two entrances. Off street parking can be provided. Shared kitchen and common areas, laundry and some storage in my garage. My house is a social house and often have kids over on Friday afternoons, we cook, play cornhole and enjoy libations. Kid friendly is a must! During the week its mostly quiet. I am a professional and work M-F, I am very chill and cook most meals at home. I do go to Rosarito a couple times a month. Future roomie will have access to that house as well. smoking only outside and not around my kid. Would prefer someone who is family oriented and social. Either room is avail and I will move to the room that isn't chosen. 900 for the small, 1400 for the large. Internet and trash are ncluded. Water and sdge are 60/40.
