Welcome to Holiday House your fully furnished Cape Cod retreat for the fall, winter, and early spring. Designed for comfort and convenience, the home offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle without the hassles of year round upkeep.
Flexible Lease: Availability begins October through April as a furnished month to month tenancy at will. Perfect for traveling professionals, families in transition, or anyone seeking a seasonal home. The lease renews monthly and may be ended by either party with 30 days' notice, giving you both security and flexibility.
Rent & Utilities: Rent is $4,500 per 28 day term and includes utilities (heat, electricity, water, internet, and trash service) up to $400 per month, which reflects typical household use for this property. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly to the Tenant. Tenant agrees to make a good faith effort to conserve energy, including keeping thermostats within recommended ranges.
A $4,500 security deposit and a $400 professional move out cleaning fee apply.
