One-of-a-kind 2-bedroom in a newly gut-renovated Chelsea townhouse! Ok ok, I know tons of listings say "one-of-a-kind," but in this case it's actually true. We know you want to live in the West Village, but how about living 4 blocks away in an apartment that would probably be close to double the price if it were there? You can travel the 4 blocks to get to that mediocre restaurant patronized exclusively by pretty people with ring lights and large social media followings...you know you can.
