Duplex built in 1999 with a four-bedroom and five-bedroom unit. Residents are responsible for all utilities: electric, gas, water, Internet, cable and phone. Each unit contains two hot water heaters. Patio area off the living room. Surface parking lot available for residents. Street parking is available. Residents must obtain a parking permit from the City of Bloomington. Lawn care and snow removal. Three blocks south of IU campus and Kirkwood Avenue. For student living, occupancy is limited to one person per bedroom. We do not allow pets or smoking in any of our locations, and we have a quiet hours provision in our lease. Reasonable accommodations can be made for assistance animals; however, all parties to the lease must approve.
