    Logan city is a bear to work with and I am considering selling our home there. A friend of mine suggested listing for sale by owner just to see if someone out there wants to make a deal. One of the extra bedrooms is part of the studio basement apartment and the other is an office within size requirements for a bedroom. We are currently renting the home to students and would like to have their contracts honored if we sell the home. The studio apartment contract will end in August 2023 and the upstairs will be on a month to month and can end any time. We have had a great rental history with our only vacancy coming from transition dates of students moving in (1 or 2 days here and there).
