What the owner loves about this home
It is the flagship lot of the neighborhood because it is the corner lot. The recent drought has made our yard suffer, but I have pulled it all out and reseeded it and so next spring, we should get a full lawn. We are in a very nice quiet corner pocket of West Valley. It is a quiet neighborhood with very mature neighbors. I thoroughly have enjoyed living here, but it is time to move because we need to downsize. This home is close to many highways and freeways and there is a large business presence right up the street on 5600 W.
