Perfect for golf cart lifestyle (local companies rent golf carts). The rooms are very cozy (small!) and the kitchenette has a double sink, dish washer, microwave, airfryer, stacked/small clothes washer/dryer, coffee maker, and dishes plus other counter top appliances. Please note, the kitchenette does not have a stove top nor full sized oven. One room has a nice queen bed and the other is an office with a sleeper love seat. The dining room has a small table for four and the living room has a nice futon. Private back yard and completely separate structure and yard from main house. Due to downtown zoning, the unit comes with one driveway parking spot and another for compact vehicles/golf carts only. Parking for one vehicle and one compact vehicle provided off street. A couple lived in the small cabin for years before growing out of it only after having their second child. While it technically has two bedrooms, they are both very small with one functioning as bedroom and one functioning as a den. Within the cabin there are steps so not accessible to all mobilities. Electric cars (including golf carts) are also an extra $100 each to cover electricity utility. Maximum of two pets/ESAs. Each pet/ESA is an extra $100/month. Tenant must take good care of pet with at least yearly vet check ups, flea control and heart worm preventative. Documentation of veterinary services and medication listed required.
