Handyman Special The home is 14x84 with an attached 12x24 addition. The addition was previously used as a bedroom. It is now used as an office. We have been blessed to live in this fixer upper for several years. Good neighbors. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We bought this house a few years ago as a fixer-upper with plans to renovate while we lived in it. We made some progress, such as tearing out the kitchen, patching leaks in the roof. A solar air heater is added. It is about the size of the front door and is attached to a deck wall. The solar air heater blows a little hot air (144f - 165f) into the living room for 5 hours on sunny Fall, Winter, Spring days. The current kitchen is a temporary setup. Flooring needs to be finished in the living room/kitchen. Walls in the living room need to be re-insulated & fixed. A portion of the ceiling needs to be replaced. Bathroom in master bedroom needs plumbing and floors fixed / remodel. AC & heating does not work. Portable AC units & heaters are used in different rooms and a mini-split is installed.
