Parking passes and amenity wristbands must be purchased and picked up on-site at the time of arrival. Parking passes cost $50 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes available per reservation. Wristbands are free of charge. Whether you're planning a family trip, a romantic getaway, or a fun-filled vacation with friends, this Gulf Shores retreat is the ideal setting for unforgettable memories. Local attractions include Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Golf Club, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, The Wharf, The Wharf Amphitheatre, and Adventure Island. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos must sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
